BPI-SimServ — Beyond Precision & Innovation — helps aerospace and defense manufacturers get forming and heat-treatment processes right by calculation, and equips their engineers with DEFORM to keep doing it.
Founder & CEO
Bartosz spent more than nine years in aero-engine manufacturing in Poland’s Aviation Valley, working on materials, processes and stress engineering for production programs. He saw first-hand how much time and material a forging or heat-treatment problem can consume when it is solved by trial and error — and how quickly it can be solved when a reliable model exists.
His doctoral research at Rzeszów University of Technology focused on modelling and numerical simulation of high-pressure gas quenching of carburized Pyrowear 53 gears for an aero-engine gearbox. It combined carburizing, heat transfer, phase transformation and stress in one coupled model.
He founded BPI-SimServ to bring that combination — production experience and simulation depth — to manufacturers who need answers they can act on.
BPI-SimServ is founder-led. Every project is scoped and reviewed by Bartosz personally. For larger programs we work with a network of partners: SFTC and S&I Technologies on the software side, and technical universities for material testing and research.

Where we work
Remotely across Europe and on site when a project needs it. Meetings in Rzeszów or Warsaw, or anywhere by appointment.
Tell us the material and the defect. In 30 minutes you will know whether simulation can solve it.
