1. Controller

The controller of personal data processed through this website is BPI-SimServ sp. z o.o., ul. Lubelska 15A/223, 35-241 Rzeszów, Poland, KRS 0001155805, NIP 5170456026 (“we”). Contact: bartosz.izowski@bpi-simserv.pl.

2. What we process and why

  • Enquiries (contact form, e-mail, phone): name, company, e-mail, phone and the content of your message — to answer your enquiry and prepare an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
  • Meeting bookings via Calendly: data you enter when booking — to arrange and hold the meeting (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Calendly processes this data under its own privacy policy.
  • Business correspondence and contracts: data needed to perform contracts and meet legal obligations, e.g. accounting (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).
  • Website operation and security: technical data such as IP address and browser type, processed by our hosting provider to deliver the site and protect it from abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Cookies, analytics and embedded videos

This website does not set marketing or tracking cookies. Visitor statistics, if enabled, are collected with a cookieless, aggregated analytics tool that does not identify individual visitors.

Videos from YouTube are not loaded until you click play. When you do, the video is loaded from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain (youtube-nocookie.com) and Google Ireland Ltd. receives data such as your IP address, under Google’s privacy policy.

4. Recipients

We use service providers who process data on our behalf: website hosting and content delivery (Cloudflare), form delivery (Web3Forms), e-mail and office tools (Google Workspace) and our accounting office. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; in such cases transfers are based on an adequacy decision (including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses.

5. Retention

Enquiries that do not lead to cooperation are kept for up to 3 years from our last contact. Data related to contracts is kept for the period required by tax and accounting law and until related claims become time-barred.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on our legitimate interest. You can withdraw any consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).

7. Voluntary provision

Providing data is voluntary, but without contact details we cannot answer your enquiry.
